For Industry and Collaborators
NJIT research enterprise is strongly networked with industry and businesses for collaborative partnerships in research and technology development.
Interdisciplinary research centers and NJIT's VentureLink transform novel research and innovation into solutions of high societal impact and market value.
For example, NSF funded Engineering Research Center (ERC) for Structured Organic Particulate Systems (C-SOPS) brings together a cross-disciplinary team of engineers and scientists as well as industry leaders to improve the way pharmaceuticals, foods and agriculture products are manufactured. C-SOPS will focus on advancing the scientific foundation for the optimal design of SOPS with advanced functionality while developing the methodologies for their active control and manufacturing.
